The renovation project includes 17 out of the total 25 timeshare units, with ongoing improvements occurring two to three units at a time. Most of the refurbishment work was completed in 2022; however, some permits were recently obtained which allowed for the continuation of these upgrades. While there may be construction in the building, all efforts are made to minimize disruption, as renovations take place within the interior only. You may notice some noise from power tools or hammering during weekdays, but work is scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, leaving Sundays and holidays peaceful.
