Summary: My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo with our adult kids (18, 21 and our 24 joined us for part of the trip). Not only was the condo spotless and updated but the view was spectacular! The beds were so comfortable and we all slept so well. Even the sheets were nice and soft. The kitchen is updated and has everything you could need to prepare some meals. I especially appreciated that it wasn’t just cheap IKEA cookware that we have encountered. We stayed for 10 days over Christmas. We were able to spend time as a family watching movies and most importantly the beach. We have been to all the islands and travel all over the world as well as having been to Maui previously. We all agreed that Ma’alaea is the best location for navigating the whole island and the weather. We ventured to other beaches and it would start raining so we would head back to “our” beach and it seemed to always be sunny. The reef in front of the condo was great snorkeling. We saw turtles daily and on Christmas Day a pod of whales entertained the whole beach with breaching, etc. We felt comfortable leaving our items on the beach and all going in the water together. Having recently visited Thailand, you aren’t able to do that on the beaches. We enjoyed the aquarium and the pizza place (Point Break) that you can walk to from the condo. Kihei is 15 mins away so we headed to the food trucks and restaurants there often. We will definitely return to this gem of a condo.
