Please be aware that a restoration project will be taking place throughout the complex, involving the exterior woodwork including Ohia Wood posts, railings on the second and third floors, trellises, and A/C enclosures. Each building will undergo work separately for approximately 2 to 4 weeks, with initial work on Building B scheduled from August 5 to 13, 2024. During this time, some furnishings may be temporarily relocated, and contractor access will require the use of ladders for upper lanais. The work hours are set from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. We encourage you to reach out with any questions regarding this project.
The bedding configuration in this inviting space consists of:
- Master Bedroom: King Bed
- Guest Bedroom: King Bed
- Loft Area: Sofa Sleeper and Two Bunk Beds
This vacation home accommodates up to six guests, regardless of age.
Your Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass covers stays in 2024 and allows access for a maximum of six people (note: children under five years old do not count toward the limit). The pass is valid starting from 4 pm on your arrival date until 11 am on your departure date, and it, along with an instructional letter, will be waiting for you upon arrival. You will enjoy complimentary self-parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, as well as full access to all pools, waterslides, hot tubs, and pool towel service at the hotel. Fitness Center access is available for $20 per day, per person, with locker rental at the Kona pool priced at $10. Please note, additional guests cannot be added to the pass. All users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com, and the policies surrounding the pass are strict; violations could lead to revocation. Lost or damaged passes incur a $250 replacement fee, and terms are subject to change.
