CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before or at 10:00 AM. While we cannot confirm early check-ins or late check-outs, booking an extra night allows flexibility. Contact Midway Vacations for assistance.

HOW TO GET HERE:

The drive from Honolulu Airport takes about 20 minutes with taxi fares around $35, depending on traffic.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:

Professional cleaning with sanitization is included, along with laundering linens and restocking amenities after each departure. Please note there may be additional charges for excessive cleaning needs.

STARTER SUPPLIES:

A welcome starter supply kit is provided to ensure immediate comfort upon arrival, including essential items like coffee grounds, toilet paper, and soap.

LINENS & TOWELS:

One set of towels per guest is included, alongside bed linens and blanket provisions for the recliner sleeper sofa available in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:

Coin-operated laundry rooms are available on each floor. A single pack of laundry detergent is included in your starter supply kit.

30 NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:

Planning a stay of 30 nights or more? Reach out for a special 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days will receive a 50% refund; otherwise, no refund applies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment against unexpected issues.
