Positive: Location was ON POINT and away from the hustle. 3rd floor was so easy to come and go as we please. Close to the lagoon and the pool was right there for the taking.the shop were also a bonus with mostly everything you needed. The diner was another great place to eat which is conveniently part of the building. I rate it a good 9.
Negative: Parking is expensive and valet only but you can park at the marina behind the building which works out cheaper
