Please refrain from using the kitchen sink disposal for inappropriate items, as plumbing costs will fall on the guest if needed.

To maintain the property’s integrity, please rinse off sand before entering the condo, avoid hanging items from the lanai, and do not feed birds. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, on the lanai, and in common areas, and any related cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.

Cancellations require careful consideration; deposits are non-refundable, and specific terms apply based on how far in advance you cancel. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
