We prioritize maintaining our condos in top condition. Each unit undergoes inspection before and after each guest's stay. As guests, you are responsible for any missing or damaged items, as well as any extra cleaning needed due to your stay. We provide essential tools like plungers for minor plumbing issues; however, calling a plumber for issues caused by guests will incur additional costs.

We kindly ask that you observe our house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Please refrain from using the kitchen sink garbage disposal for certain items and rinse off sand before entering the condo to avoid additional cleaning fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and common areas.

Cancellation policies are in place to secure your reservation effectively. While your deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your check-in date, the option exists to apply the deposit toward another stay within one year. For cancellations made less than 60 days in advance, different terms will apply, so we highly encourage obtaining travel insurance for added protection.
