Summary: Unit needs a lot of work. Floors were filthy to the point I had to call and ask them to come clean. They might dust but don’t mop . Had a baby that crawls and knees and hands were black in minuets of being there. Blinds had slats missing didn’t get fixed till day two hard to sleep with lights from the other buildings shining in. Sliding door very hard to slide open. Overall the unit needs a lot of work and they are charging a premium because of the view . Parking is crazy expensive where most comparable units have a parking spot included .
