Positive: The condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was comfortable, well layed out with easy access to all of Kauia. The bed, bathroom and kitchen were all just perfect! Great value in expensive Kauia. Jen provided everything one would need for a short stay, basic kitchen supplies, toiletries, laundry soap and beach equipment. She even had a nice basket of snacks waiting for us. Being that everyone arrives here by plane not needing to go purchase these things was so helpful and welcoming. Jen is a great host, all communications were clear and helpful. There is a lovely pool and garden area. One does not hear any neighbors while in the unit. The location was a great base for visiting different areas of the island and also very near stores, restaurants and beautiful beach walks. Fyi a perfect swimming beach park is a 4min drive, The Lyngate beach The nearby Coconut marketplace even had a lovely free Hula dance and music show. We really enjoyed our week here! Mahalo

Negative: There is a road behind the condo not seen but one can hear some traffic while on the patio on the weekday mornings. In the unit with the AC on not so much.
