Our cancellation policy is designed for flexibility, especially during uncertain times:

• COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: If you cannot travel due to a positive COVID test taken within 72 hours or government restrictions, cancellations will be handled as follows:
  • Refunds: Should you cancel and we resell your reserved dates, you will receive a cash refund for those nights.
  • Credits: For cancellations made within 60 days, you may opt for a credit towards a future stay. This credit does not expire and must be used for a reservation in the same villa; rate differences may apply.
• Non-COVID Related Cancellations: In instances unrelated to COVID, if the villa is rented for an equal or higher amount than originally booked, full client funds will be refunded upon receipt. If it rents for less, you'll receive the lesser amount. No refunds will be provided if the unit does not rent.
• Travel Insurance: We offer travel insurance options that provide additional protection should you need it. Our pricing remains competitive, often lower than 90% of similar properties.
• Moving Dates: Date change requests are typically accommodated if made 90 days or more prior to your arrival. Changes must remain within the same villa.
