When considering your stay, please take note of the HOUSE OF PALMS rental terms. A full payment is required in advance, and directions along with the street address will be sent upon confirmation. You’ll benefit from a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund for cancellations within 16-29 days, and no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before check-in.

The property requires a minimum stay of two nights. If you stay for six nights, enjoy an additional night free! There is a nominal charge of $10 per night for a third guest.

House rules ensure a pleasant experience for all guests: loud parties are not permitted, smoking is prohibited on the premises, and pets are not allowed. To maintain the beauty of Hale Pama, a minimal cleaning fee of $50 applies, and we kindly ask guests to wash dishes daily and treat our property with respect.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM or later on your arrival day, with gate codes and keyless entry details provided via email prior to your visit. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on your departure day.
