Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We love the location and returned for our 5th visit this year. We like that it's on a quiet street and situated right on the beach. We have a lovely little patio and can see the ocean a few steps away. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian cookies that were waiting for us.

Negative: Since this is an older property, every year there are maintenance issues. This year the coffee pot didn't work, but the My Perfect Stays staff replaced it the next day. The remote on the air conditioner didn't work so we changed the batteries. The stove light over the burners didn't work, and I reported it.

Summary: We return each year because of the lovely location, but there are ongoing maintenance issues.
