Kahakai, located inside Andaz Resort in Wailea, is privately owned, managed independently, and offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a full ocean view.

This villa is located on the top floor and is designed to have everything that you need for your Hawaiian Beach Vacation. As soon as you open the front door, you will be greeted with a welcoming entryway that flows to a large kitchen, dining, and living room space and you will be drawn to the view of the ocean with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows.

On the lanai, the comfortable seating area is a great area to gather with family and friends while enjoying cocktails to watch the sunset or relax and read your favorite book. The private hot tub on the lanai will be your favorite spot to relax and wind down from a busy day of exploring Maui. Hungry? This great outdoor space is equipped with a Hestan BBQ grill, an outdoor fridge, and a large dining table for 8. You can enjoy your gourmet breakfast, lunch, or BBQ dinner while enjoying the view.

In the great room, the kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances from Miele and everything that you need to cook in this dream kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to cook anything from a simple meal to family dinners for Thanksgiving or the holidays. A private Chef can also be arranged. Across from the kitchen, there is a butler’s pantry equipped with a wine fridge, a second dishwasher, and an ice maker.

The dining area is large enough for 8 people and flows into the seating area with comfortable sofas to accommodate everyone. Perfect for watching movies, sports, or hanging out to “talk story”. The entertainment center is equipped with cable TV, streaming service with complimentary Netflix, and a Sonos music system for your guests to enjoy.

The villa also features Wi-Fi, available to connect to your laptop and mobile devices. Our Sonos system has several zones for different rooms throughout the villa, so each guest can enjoy their own favorite music. Central AC is available throughout to keep a very comfortable temperature.

The 3 bedrooms in Kahakai feature their own private bath with rain showers, a large tub, beautiful original art with accent lighting, separate toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably:

- Alii Bedroom (primary bedroom) has a California King bed, luxury linens, and an ocean view. Desk and seating area with sliding doors going to the main lanai making it convenient so you’re never late for your sunset dinner. Did we mention a walk-in closet?

-Elua Bedroom (second bedroom) has a California King bed, luxury linens, original art, and a stunning mountain view.

- Ohana Bedroom (third bedroom) has 2 queen beds, luxury linens, a desk, and an ocean view.

There is also an extra bathroom by the front hallway with a full shower. The laundry room is equipped with a Miele washer and dryer and full supplies for your laundry needs.

Guest experience starts with a greeting at the Porte de Cochere with Hawaiian leis from the resort staff as you check in at the front desk, while the valet and bellman take care of your car and bags. Please note only valet parking is available.

Kahakai, Villa 813, just steps from Mokapu Beach and the resort's swimming pools and dining venues. This unique accommodation offers room charging privileges to all of the resort's facilities and services, including Room Service, Cabana rental (72 hours reservations are required), 3 cascading infinity-edge heated swimming pools, the lagoon pool, an adult pool, the poolside lounge chairs (first come, first serve), resort hot tub, fitness center, the 14,000-square-feet 'Awili Spa and Salon, and multiple dining options.

- Bumbye Beach Bar is located near Mokapu Beach, on the edge of the lagoon pool. Open 10am-5pm.
- Mokapu Market offers locally sourced food and snacks, flatbreads, to-go light dining fare, gelato and other treats, and beverages including beer and wine. The on-site market is open from 5am to 10pm with food service from 6:30am to 9pm.

‘Awili Spa and Salon

The 13,000 square foot Apothecary-inspired Spa and Fitness Center is dedicated to bringing harmony to the senses through an extensive menu of restorative treatments and traditions rooted in Asia and Hawaii including extensive use of local flora and fauna. Trained Spa Consultants await your visit. Personal trainers are available too. Enhance your vacation with custom-tailored treatments (fee-based) from licensed therapists at the 'Awili Spa and Salon. The spa features 10 treatment rooms including four couples suites with changing room, tranquility pool, relaxation rooms, and locker rooms complete with a sauna, steam room, and heated plunge pool. The full-service hair and nail salon highlights ocean-facing manicure and pedicure stations.
