Summary: Beware this place is extremely busy. The pool is packed. The hotel fee you pay does not include rent of chairs, umbrellas, beach mat. Only towels are included. It takes time to get to the elevator, always seems to be packed with people during summer. The walk from the drop off to your hotel is a long walk, they can help with luggages but again the staff are always busy, you are always waiting to get helped at. Beware when checking out during check in times, ask them more than an hour to get your luggages back, they are too busy and won’t get to your luggages quick. This hotel as big does not even have their own laundry.
