The artistic home is fully outfitted! King bed & full sofa bed, custom kitchen, endless hot water shower, lanai with a gracious hammock.
This beautiful, 800 sq. ft. Luxury, off grid, coastal cottage is located in the lush jungle of the East side on the Big Island of Hawaii. Quiet and private it is surrounded by wildlife. Hear and see the ocean waves. This custom-built, artistic home displays masterful local woodwork and has beautiful jungle, garden, and ocean views. Located near the ocean and very private, this cottage is completely off-grid, on solar power and deep well water. Reliable Starlink provides fast WiFi for streaming or working. There are tidal pools known for snorkeling and great cliffside fishing spots within walking distance. Downstairs is Outfitted with an efficient kitchen, full size pull out sofa, washing machine and custom coral walk in shower. Leading up the stairs you will find a comfortable king size bed awaiting your arrival. Closet and half bath are also found up the stairs. Private second story lanai with sliding glass door leads to a serene hammock with coastal jungle views. Guests are in for a treat when they experience the view from the private roof top deck! Hear the ocean crashing or even hear the whales from bed during whale season, star gaze at night, or enjoy the quietness that abounds this off-grid paradise! This property is within walking distance to snorkeling (tidal pools -0.5 mile walk) and cliffside fishing.
