Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of Zuki House, it was close to family (who we were visiting) and a short drive to local shops. The heat, however, made it hard to be comfortable inside; we know AC is not something that is common on this side of the island and we were aware there would be no AC on property but it was rough. Our family of 5 all slept in the loft where the AC unit was but it was still difficult to cool off. The house was not the most clean when we arrived, there were balls of hair under chairs that were easy to spot and basic maintenance could be better for the price. Management was thoughtful and checked in the day of arrival to make sure we made it okay but when we left a day early I texted to let them know and received no reply or followup. The door to the house rubs on the dryer so it was difficult to open but my brother adjusted it to make things easier (attention to small maintenance details like this could improve a lot for guests as we were shoving the door open and closed every time). The hose was on when we arrived, which we only noticed when we got in the hot tub. My husband had to hose the stairs and everything down before going in but the hot tub was great to have and probably our favorite part of the property - our whole family enjoyed it! Overall, the check in process was easy and the location was great - if we stay again it may need to be in the cooler months.
