Unlike other accommodations in the area that may charge upwards of $3,000 per night at nearby Hotel One, you can enjoy a similar experience for a fraction of the price.

Your private lanai offers stunning views of lush jungle landscapes and the opportunity to soak in beautiful tropical sunrises. Enjoy convenient access to Queen's Bath and Hanalei Point Beach, both within a pleasant walking distance. This side A of the condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and ample living space that includes a cozy sleeping area.

You will have exclusive access to the entire side A, which showcases a well-appointed kitchen, a full bath, and a large main room designed for relaxation. We reside in Hilo, Hawaii, and our friendly staff are available on the North Shore for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Located on the eastern edge of Hanalei Bay and just a short stroll from the luxurious St Regis Hotel, you will find yourself immersed in natural beauty. The hike to the beach beneath the St Regis is easy and rewarding, providing spectacular views of the bay. However, please note that as Princeville sits 200 feet above sea level, you will need to return uphill to reach your condo from the beach.

While public transportation is available to and from the St Regis Hotel, we recommend renting a car for greater convenience. The rural charm of North Shore Kaua'i means attractions and amenities are spread out, making driving a practical option.

As you settle into your tropical retreat, be prepared for warm weather, occasional rain showers, and humidity typical of Hawaii's windward side. Our condo benefits from refreshing trade winds, although there may be days without them, leading to warmer conditions. While we strive to provide a mold-free and bug-free environment, keep in mind that being in the tropics means some presence of nature is inevitable. For restful nights, we suggest bringing earplugs due to the chorus of Kaua'i roosters.

Regarding weather, while brief rain showers often occur at night or early morning, prolonged rainy periods are rare. We want to clarify that we do not offer refunds based on weather unless there’s a natural disaster. Should you encounter wet weather during your visit, worry not!
