Summary: Great 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath + great outdoor shower and outdoor patio. One bedroom + bath has window unit AC that cools great. Breezy throughout rest of house, especially evenings and nights. 5 minute walk to beautiful Kailua beach. All kitchen amenities, washer - dryer, fans, beach toys, cruiser bikes, parking, fenced beautiful backyard.
