Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in Hanalei Bay. Beautiful house! Everything was very clean. Great stocked kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Area under the house with laundry, great beach amenities (4 beach chairs, sand mat, toys, umbrella), and a nice area to store wet stuff. Loved all the provided linens and beach towels. These weren't really issues but something to be aware of:- You must pickup and drop off your house key at their headquarters near the airport. Super easy if you have a car but don't forget!- The bedrooms don't have ceilings so you can hear... everything. Bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive or go to bed early.- The house is a little rough around the edges. It is older and some of the stuff (couch, beds, chairs) haven't been updated in awhile and definitely show wear and tear. A bit frustrating given the cost but you are paying for the location.
