At our resort, we kindly request that you park only in designated areas assigned to you. These spots are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure everyone's safety and convenience, it is crucial to utilize your assigned parking space and display a valid parking permit at all times.
Please avoid parking in unauthorized or restricted areas, as vehicles in these locations may be towed at the owner's expense without prior notice. Make sure your vehicle fits completely within the designated parking spot, without extending into adjacent spaces or walkways. Unfortunately, oversized vehicles such as limousines or larger SUVs that cannot fit entirely within a parking space are not permitted to park at the resort.
Important Information:
- Starting October 1st, 2023, parking charges will apply. Previously, our resort was the sole destination in Ko Olina that didn’t impose parking fees. The fees are as follows:
- A one-time fee of $25 per car applies regardless of stay duration.
- An additional $25 fee for another car is applicable only if space allows.
- For larger vehicles needing more space, a $50 fee is required.
- Guests should pay the parking fee upon arrival via cash or credit card.

You will have an assigned parking spot during your stay, and all guests enjoy access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
An accidental damage protection plan is included in your reservation price. Under this non-refundable plan, you won’t be held liable for accidental damage or loss up to $2500; however, it does not cover intentional acts or gross negligence. This plan is unavailable for stays exceeding 30 days or those requiring a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days will have a security deposit charged post-booking. The minimum stay requirement is six nights.
