CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental time is re-booked at the same rate.

2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.

3. Rescheduling Policy: Any modifications to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, as these charges are assessed by the merchant of record.
