Hale Kona Kai is currently undergoing spalling and pool repairs from approximately July 15 to August 15, 2024. During this time, access to the pool will be restricted, and there may be some construction noise between 10 AM and 3 PM. To accommodate our guests during this period, we are pleased to offer exclusive summer rates. Unit 201 has undergone an extensive remodel, which includes a fresh kitchen and bathroom upgrade along with new flooring and a complete interior repaint. The beautiful décor combines island-inspired elements with modern finishes for a relaxing atmosphere. You will find two ocean-facing rooms: a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a living room equipped with a queen sofa bed, making it perfect for families or couples.

Additional features include a remodeled kitchen with contemporary appliances and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the spacious lanai, you can dine al fresco while taking in the coastal views. Amenities at your disposal include beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels, allowing you to fully enjoy the nearby beaches.

For added convenience, the unit is equipped with a hairdryer, an iron, and designated parking at no extra cost. Stay connected with secure high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, and enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning throughout your stay.

As part of the intimate Hale Kona Kai complex, you are surrounded by 39 one-bedroom condominiums nestled on the oceanfront. Located just off the main road at the edge of Kona Town, this peaceful retreat ensures relaxation with stunning ocean views from every unit. You will also be perfectly positioned next to renowned dining venues like Huggo's and Don the Beachcomber's, along with plenty of shopping and entertainment options within easy walking distance. The Hale Kona Kai complex offers various amenities, including an elevator for accessible entry and a heated saltwater swimming pool complemented by a barbeque area situated at the southern end of the property. Laundry facilities are conveniently available on each floor, with quarters provided at our office located directly across the street.
