At approximately 45 miles north of Kailua-Kona and about 75 miles from Hilo, this location serves as a perfect escape from the bustling tourist areas typical of hotels and resorts. The spacious 700 square foot guest suite offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living/dining area, and a tranquil bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A modern bathroom featuring large showers, separate toilets, and twin vessel sinks adds to your comfort. With the addition of a pull-out queen-sized wall bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate two to four guests comfortably.

Completed in March 2017, this newly-built attached guest suite comes with its own private entrance and parking space. Tastefully decorated and entirely self-sufficient, it provides an ideal setting for you to embrace the authentic Hawaiian lifestyle while enjoying the beauty of the island.

Take advantage of the clear night skies to stargaze from the lanai, courtesy of the Big Island’s limited light pollution, which enhances your viewing experience through telescopes on top of Mauna Kea.

This one-bedroom suite is one of the most affordable options on the Big Island. While air conditioning is not available, ceiling fans are thoughtfully installed since the elevation of approximately 1600 feet keeps temperatures around 7-10 degrees cooler than coastal areas. Enjoy an average of 357 days of sunshine each year, alongside minimal rainfall averaging just 7 inches annually.
