Note that there are stairs leading to the front door as well as the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. However, the main living areas, primary bedroom, and bathroom are all accessible on one level.

The Polo Beach Club is perfectly positioned on the renowned Polo Beach, celebrated for its snorkeling opportunities and stunning sunset views. Located within the Wailea resort community, world-class dining and shopping experiences await just minutes away at various resorts and The Shops at Wailea. Guests can also enjoy an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a day of fun in the surf. Upon arrival, you'll receive a blue parking tag for your unit's first vehicle; if you're bringing a second vehicle, a red parking pass will be issued. Please be aware that the red parking pass does not guarantee parking availability throughout your stay. During periods of high occupancy, you may need to relocate your second vehicle by 5 PM on the same day you are notified to avoid fines. If not removed, a $200.00 fine will be imposed, with an additional $50 per hour charged for late compliance beyond 11:59 PM.

Important Notice: Tile installation work will take place at Polo Beach Association from August 19th to mid-November. Expect loud noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with excessive noise occurring from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the first week. This project will proceed Monday through Friday until completion, although delays or extensions may occur.
