It is nestled among Wailea's award-winning Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club—renowned as one of the top 50 tennis facilities worldwide. The club includes 11 plexi-pave courts, three dedicated night play courts, a stadium court, and paddle tennis, along with a full-service pro shop. Please note that this condo maintains a strict non-smoking policy, inclusive of the lanai area. Check-in is set for 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do not provide shower, bath, or cleaning products, as most guests prefer their own brands; however, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels are included.

Regrettably, pets are not allowed within the condo complex. Keep in mind that the condo you are renting is connected to two other units, similar to hotel accommodations. Being an end unit, only one wall is shared, but there is still potential for noise from neighboring condos above. Soundproofing measures have been implemented to reduce disturbances; however, please remain considerate of fellow guests, particularly during evening hours.

Cancellations and refunds require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. An additional 25% payment is due 60 days before your arrival, with the remaining balance required one month prior. Failure to remit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.

This condo is strictly advertised as “NON-SMOKING,” including the lanai. Any violation will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee. Your stay in this wonderful Kihei property promises comfort and convenience amidst the beauty of Hawaii.
