The living area is beautifully appointed with new ceramic tile flooring, a pullout sectional sofa, and a flat-panel smart TV equipped with Apple TV and a Sonos playbar for your entertainment.

The kitchen has undergone a complete renovation, enhancing both size and functionality by introducing an island that takes the place of the former bar. Elegant granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances give this space a tropical yet refined feel.
