Summary: We’re used to Grand Velas and their top sites. But this Grand Hyatt is right there as a top resort. The pools are the best we’ve seen. No issues. Seeing the parrots each day was a plus. And the on site restaurants were very good too. Our only advice. If you get an Uber to the resort, keep your driver’s cell number and schedule your rides and pay them cash. Otherwise getting rides to and from the resort can be very difficult. We were almost stranded in Lihue one time.
