Limited onsite parking is available for $35+tax/day. Guests can also pre-purchase a pass through Captain Cook Resorts for adjacent public parking (just a 2-minute walk) at $25+tax/day or $210+tax/month, subject to availability and potential rate changes.

Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in, consider reserving the condo for the previous night. For same-day bookings, check-in is confirmed for 5 PM.

We maintain a strict policy against pets, parties, and smoking/vaping within the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any communal areas. Violations may incur fines up to $700, in addition to any repair costs associated with smoke or fire damage.

All rentals from Captain Cook Resorts include essential amenities such as:

• Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens
• Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a tea kettle and rice cooker)
• Beach chairs, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board
• Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, and travel-sized toiletries

Please note the following items are not provided: beach umbrellas, toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. This private vacation rental does not offer resort services such as daily housekeeping or front desk assistance.
