The two story home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths along with a large high ceilinged great room that contains a kitchen with quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink and large island. Along with a large living and dining area. This room is a fresh mix of contemporary/farmhouse furniture and original art that gives a comfortable vibe and sunny feel. The large lanai overlooking the beautiful rear yard features outdoor cooking/dining and comfortable furniture for a great relaxing experience. A 6 person wood sauna also awaits you for your enjoyment!
You will fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean waves. The master bedroom features a large queen bed, walk in closet, reading nook and door to the lanai. The large contemporary master bath gives you a spa feeling with its 6' soaking tub, large rainfall walk in shower and double vanity. This room is very light and airy from the window placement and also very private with its expansive yard views. The second bedroom features a large queen bed, reading nook and door to the lanai.
