Checkout Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, sanitization of the unit, and laundering of linens and towels at high temperatures (180F) after each departure. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning needs.

Starter Supplies:

A welcome starter supply kit will be available, stocked with essentials such as coffee grounds, filters, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, can liners, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, body care products, and bar soap. Note that this is a starter supply only designed to ensure your needs are met upon arrival.

Linens & Towels:

Each guest receives one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel). Beds come equipped with fitted sheets, flat sheets, and blankets. Linens for the sleeper sofa are found on the mattress, with pillows and blankets stored in the closet.
