Summary: Good location and proximity to Waikiki beach. Having a parking pass was nice if you plan to rent a car. Property is a little dated and furniture not as nice as the listing pictures. AC unit might be undersized for the space and it was difficult to fully cool down the space, particularly with the rules that it needs to be shut off when not in the unit.
