Resort Stay

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Upon check-in, the resort requires a security deposit of $250 through a credit card, which is released during checkout. The name on the reservation must align with the ID of the person checking in. To ensure a smooth process, provide the name of the designated guest at the time of booking. A modification fee of $99 applies if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be permitted to check in prior to the individual named on the reservation. Confirm name details during booking to avoid complications.

Guests are not allowed to have more than one reservation under their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit through a different company for the same dates, ensure that the names on each reservation differ; otherwise, one of your reservations may face cancellation without notification. For those seeking multiple units, please provide alternative names for the bookings.

A credit card presented at check-in serves as a security deposit. Rooms undergo inspection post-cleaning by Housekeeping, and any damage or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file. Wyndham enforces maximum occupancy limits for all room types. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in cancellation of your reservation.

Pets are not permitted; however, a service animal trained to perform specific tasks is welcome. Resort Stay LLC cannot be held responsible for severe weather or power outages. For peace of mind, guests can purchase travel insurance before their trip to guard against unforeseen cancellations. Reservations can be transferred for a fee of $99.
