Summary: The property is located in a great part of town with a relatively short walk to both the beach and major shopping centres. The building is very dated though. Everything is quite underwhelming and either broken or worn with age. The unit itself is also very dated. Much rust and paint peeling. Lighting is very poor, especially in the back bedroom. It is quite dark most of the time. We booked the apartment because it listed a sofa bed however a day prior to arriving the host advised that the sofa bed was broken and provided an air mattress. This was not a sudden thing, the bed had beel broken for a while. I therefore had one teenager sleeping in the middle of the lounge on an airbed. This was both inconvenient and unfair for the price that we paid. This property is very over priced and old.
