Our cancellation policy includes a $100.00 fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made two months or more prior to arrival date will receive a full deposit refund minus the cancellation fee and applicable card fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive 50% of the base rental rate and taxes (minus the cancellation fee). Unfortunately, cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, except for the return of the damage deposit.
