Summary: We received poor instructions about check-in process--there was no obvious parking and the only way we could communicate was via text which was difficult. We drove around (a large block in a strange place) a couple of times trying to find out where to park to even get to check in. When we got into the room, the dead bolt on the door didn't work; the door stuck when you were trying to open it; the drapes (with a view to Waikiki) weren't functional--you couldn't open them at the opening to the sliding glass door--in fact on one side they were ragged and decaying as if with age; the floor was dirty; there were guests or a nightclub next door or at least very close by that played loud music with a reverberating beat until 2-3 am making it hard to sleep. the room was cramped with no space for luggage. We did not enjoy our stay in this property. I would not recommend this property unless improvements are made even though the location itself was a good one.
