Designed with comfort and seclusion in mind, this remarkable house features expansive living areas, which include a spacious kitchen, an elegant formal sitting room, a refined dining area, a cozy family/media room, a dedicated study, and a charming covered outdoor gazebo. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, you will enjoy uninterrupted views and refreshing breezes that flow through the home naturally.

The private pool deck is a true highlight, providing spectacular sunset views that will charm even the most seasoned travelers. Each of the two luxurious air-conditioned master suites presents a serene retreat, boasting en suite bathrooms and private sitting decks that perfectly frame the magnificent Pacific Ocean.

Accessible only from the back of the home off the lanai area, these master suites offer an exclusive haven for relaxation. In addition, the two guest bedrooms are also fitted with air conditioning and feature twin beds that can be easily converted into a king upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

During your visit, consider securing resort access at the Mauna Kea Resort Club for just $240/day in 2024 (with 2025 rates yet to be determined and subject to change), plus tax, per reservation. This membership grants you various privileges at both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel, including convenient charging for dining and activities, beach and pool access, use of towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis court access (fees apply), and entry to two fitness centers offering yoga and group classes for an additional fee.
