Summary: Very functional well-equipped rental. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach toys, convenient location, good communication. Screened in lanai is lovely (but small and seats 6 max). Two awkward architectural issues: the "master" shares a bathroom with another bedroom, but has its own pocket door that does not work and just transmits noise. (Beware your roommates...) It's also very dark at night if you want to do anything other than watch TV. It's also pretty clear it's been a rental a long time, it's a little more dinged up than we expected based on the pictures.
