This spacious home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, alongside an expansive chef's kitchen, a charming dining room, and a large living room for family gatherings. The outdoor lanai is a true highlight, boasting a swimming pool and BBQ area, which creates an inviting space for leisurely days, al fresco dining, sunset watching, and stargazing.

Although this inviting house is well-suited for families and small get-togethers, please note that parties are not permitted. Overnight guests are limited to six, with a maximum of ten allowed on the property at any time.

Constructed in 1955 as the manager's residence for Kealia Ranch, this notable home was designed by esteemed local architect Albert Ives, who has a significant portfolio that includes early modifications to the now-famous Winterthur Museum in Delaware. This historic gem is crafted using native materials like Koa, Ohia, and lava rock, all sourced and finished by talented local artisans. An annex was added in 1957, providing additional bedrooms and baths, and you can find the ranch brand inscribed in the brick walkway leading to the entrance.

Just a short distance from Ho’okena Beach, a beautiful bay featuring both black and white sand, this home offers a serene escape from everyday life. The surrounding property boasts fragrant and fruit-bearing trees such as plumeria, ylang ylang, cinnamon gardenia, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, avocado, starfruit, acerola cherry, tea tree, and rosemary.
