Positive: Apartment very good, location excellent, sadly owners let down by management company
Negative: Have rented hawaiian condos intermittently in last 30 years. The cleaning fees here were $248 I expect to remove trash, but for this fee i do NOT expect to have to strip the beds myself before leaving OR wash and dry towels used.Never been expected to do this before. Feel ripped off in terms of cleaning fees
