Positive: Spacious and clean! Location was perfect to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but also easy to drive to sights and beaches in both north of Kona and south of Kona. Beds were huge and very comfortable. The balcony with the ocean view was lovely. It was super easy to check in and access the apartment. Host was very communicative and great to have our own parking space. Kids were very happy with the smallish pool and the beaches within walking distance.
Negative: I booked last minute so the price - particularly the cleaning fee of $300 - felt very excessive. But it’s a great location, very comfortable, spacious and cool with AC and fans and we had a great time.
Summary: Exceeded expectations!
