Summary: Check-in was slow at 11 PM, and no one was n line but us. We were tired and ready for bed, and didn’t have linens for the pullout. So, I had to go downstairs and schlep the bag upstairs…which only had a thin blanket so my daughter had to sleep in sweatshirt and pants. And the toilet clogged in the first use. After calling for a plunger, I took my shower last, and the tub wasn’t draining. After an ‘ok ’ breakfast, the line to get our car with the valet was a 20 minute wait. It’s painful to pay this much money and everything be ‘meh’.
