Summary: That hotel is a dump. Pictures are all super misleading. They upgraded us to a suite showing us pictures with nice new furniture and when we got in the room it was old, ratty and dirty. Elevators didn’t work half the time. Twice we had to walk down 19 floors. Air-conditioning didn’t work properly. The chiller on our floor knocked and made noise the entire time we were there. Their restaurant is only open for a few hours in the morning and then a few hours in the evening. Food was horrific and coffee was even worse than that. The only saving grace and the whole place was the walking Hawaiian Café that was on the lowest level. And they are just running space from the hotel. They adjusted our price, but we would not go back.
