This prime property boasts an unparalleled oceanfront location. Due to regulations, future buildings cannot be constructed this close to the water, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the ocean whenever you open your windows. Each evening, guests gather around the seawall to witness breathtaking sunsets, which you can also enjoy from your private lanai.
The studio is conveniently situated off Lower Honoapiilani Rd in Lahaina, Maui (local residents refer to this area as Kahana), just 15 minutes north of bustling downtown Lahaina. A one-minute walk north leads you to a hidden gem of a beach, while a five-minute stroll south takes you to a local favorite beach park, renowned for ample space and excellent surfing conditions.
