In high occupancy situations, you must remove your second vehicle from Polo Beach property by 5 PM that day to avoid fines starting at $200.00.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th through mid-November, expect noise disturbances due to a tile installation project occurring on floors two and three. Noise levels will peak from 8 AM to 5 PM, with particularly loud periods between 9 AM and 3 PM. The initial week will experience heightened demolition sounds, and construction may extend beyond the anticipated completion date.
