Also, keep in mind that any reservations made more than 12 months in advance require prior approval from the Broker In Charge, and rates may change accordingly.

Accessing the top floor requires a climb of one flight of stairs. It's worth noting that maintenance work will occur on stacks 15 and 16 between July 29th and August 5th, which may impact units 316 and 115. Painting of the railings is scheduled between August 12th and 19th, but you will still have uninterrupted access to your unit during these times.
