Summary: The location was amazing however some things were broken/torn such as upholstery on the furniture and there was a dangerous outlet on the lanai that was burnt out. During the last part of our stay there was a plumbing issue leading to a huge leak resulting in plumbers having to come and fix it and we spent two nights with a very loud construction fan going all day and night to dry the leak and water damage. Two of the three toilets were not working during this time. The vacassa contact was quick to respond when we had a question. It was just a lot to go wrong with expensive lodging. We’ve been coming here for close to ten years and always stay at rentals and have not yet experienced anything like this.
