Step into our luxurious ocean-view room, featuring a private balcony that showcases breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and magnificent sunsets. The interior is thoughtfully designed with elegant Hawaiian-inspired decor, including a plush king-size bed adorned with premium linens, along with a twin-size sofa bed and a comfortable seating area for relaxation. The studio also boasts a full bathroom, flatscreen TV, minifridge, coffee maker, and a desk equipped with complimentary WiFi.

With our free parking amenity, you can explore both Waikiki and the beautiful island of Oahu at your own pace without the stress of parking issues.

As our valued guest, you will have full access to all building amenities, including a pool, BBQ facilities, and a fitness studio. Please be aware that the front desk is available solely for check-in and check-out purposes; additional services are not provided for private units.

Keep in mind that our unit operates independently and is not part of the hotel pool. There are no daily cleaning or linen services included; however, maid service is available upon request for a fee. Please inquire if interested.

CHECK IN / OUT: Check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Registration is necessary; all guests must complete an EDS (emergency data sheet) and submit it before or during check-in. Guest ID will be verified against the information on the form, and two room keys will be issued. Please note that registration must be completed upon arrival.

INTERNET: Each unit is equipped with a WiFi cable modem located by the TV, with the SSID network name and password found on the device itself. If you experience connectivity issues, a quick reboot of the modem often resolves them. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the lobby and pool area.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING: If you notice any maintenance needs within your unit upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours. Your unit will receive thorough cleaning before your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. Should you require extra cleaning services, please contact us at least one day in advance, as fees apply.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Our building maintains a strict no-smoking policy, which includes the apartment and lanai areas, with fines ranging from $250 to $500 for violations.

To ensure a pleasant stay, please refrain from hanging clothing or laundry in doorways, windows, or lanais, as this should not be visible from outside the apartment.

AIR CONDITIONING: Remember to turn off the air conditioning when not inside the condo, and avoid using it while the lanai doors are open. Proper operation requires that slider doors are closed correctly, so take care to adjust them gently until you hear a beep. The remote control above the TV allows you to set the temperature, but please do not set it below 72 degrees.

POOL ACCESS: Your key fob grants access to the pool and workout room.

CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS: Prior to your departure, please ensure that all garbage is disposed of in the designated trash room located on the parking floors. Failure to leave the unit tidy may incur a charge of $60 or more. We appreciate your consideration, as this home is cherished.

SAND MANAGEMENT: To maintain cleanliness, kindly remove sand and shells from your body and belongings before entering the unit. We ask that guests shake out all sand outside the lobby area.

For those wishing to do laundry, a facility is available on level P-32 in the parking structure. Charges will apply for damage to linens.

PARKING: Enjoy complimentary assigned parking for one vehicle at stall #83 on level P-2.

QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as parties are not allowed.

BASIC SUPPLIES: To enhance your stay, we provide basic household supplies for the initial days of your visit.
