Summary: Overall clean (except the PILES of bugs in the windowsills) but (1) we specifically selected this site over others for the AC that was listed on the VRBO info but there was NOT AC (property manager stated it “must have been a glitch” (2) the microwave was broken - completely non functional - could not reheat leftovers easily - this was never fixed during our 8 day stay (3) we stated we were here for Thanksgiving but a large pot was missing - no one replaced it - we were there a total of 8.5 days… (4) we understand that there are a plethora bugs in Hawaii however, in the three years that we’ve stayed in various places on all the islands as our daughter goes to school here we have never had so many bugs within the residence itself. It was a lot more than we’d ever been used to. There must be a hole in the screen somewhere as we kept all the doors closed. Thank you.
