Located within the prestigious Kapalua Resort on the northwest shore of Maui, this exceptional ground-floor villa provides two spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. The serene setting at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac features unobstructed ocean views from every room, promising an intimate retreat amidst tropical beauty.

Designed with convenience in mind, you can easily access the villa from the covered attached carport without any stairs. While there is no air conditioning, the thoughtfully placed decorator fans in each room combined with the delightful natural trade winds from Maui create a refreshing ambiance. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around lanai, which is perfect for al fresco dining with a teak table for six or simply relaxing in comfortable seating while taking in the gorgeous Maui sunrises and lush views of the West Maui Mountains.

This charming villa is decorated with colors inspired by the surrounding landscape, featuring shades of ocean blues, greens, and browns accented with warm splashes of reds and oranges. The elegant furnishings reflect modern sophistication while maintaining a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for family vacations, honeymoons, or getaways for guests of all ages. You will also appreciate the brand new carpeting and sliding doors in the living room.

The Master Bedroom suite boasts a “secret” study and a luxurious California King bed, with the second bedroom offering two twin beds that can be converted into a King. Each bedroom provides direct access to its own outdoor space, including a private lanai off the Master. Additional guests can enjoy the new queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The villa features three beautifully designed baths, complete with custom walk-in showers and a large soaking tub in the Master bath.

The well-equipped Chef’s Kitchen features granite countertops, a stylish glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. For your convenience, the villa comes with a washer and dryer as well as oversized flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, ensuring a homey and enjoyable experience.

Your stay at Kapalua Ridge 711-13 includes access to the resort's amenities, such as two heated pools equipped with gas grills, dining areas, showers, and even a herb garden. Nestled in 21 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds filled with vibrant tropical flora, this villa truly embodies the essence of Hawaiian paradise.

Please note that due to strict cancellation policies in Hawaii and high demand, we recommend securing travel insurance for peace of mind. Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out is by 10am.

While enjoying this idyllic getaway, please be aware that occasional construction projects may take place nearby. We will keep you informed of any planned work occurring in the building, typically scheduled from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with quieter operations possible on Saturdays.

Note: Remodeling of a neighboring building is set to begin on March 1, 2024, and conclude in the first week of June, focusing on bathroom renovations. Work will strictly adhere to the hours mentioned above.
