• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home requires a minimum rental period of 29 nights. (The nightly rate advertised will be multiplied by the number of nights reserved, with a minimum of 29 nights).
• Two assigned parking stalls are available for standard or compact vehicles only; oversized vehicles or large SUVs cannot be accommodated. Public or street parking is not permitted in this community. Arriving with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned space may result in being turned away at check-in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including the interior, balconies, patios, and any common areas. This policy applies to all forms of smoking or vaping, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, and marijuana.

All guests must adhere to this no-smoking policy to ensure a healthy environment for all occupants and neighbors. Violations will incur penalties, and any necessary cleaning or repairs due to damages will be charged to the guest.

Guests are responsible for informing everyone in their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Noncompliance may result in eviction without refund.
