Summary: Water leak from the bathroom ceiling x 2 days. Fire alarm went off all morning on Sunday. Front desk agents and valet were amazing. Concierge was too demanding after traveling all day, Didn’t appreciate that they made a comment telling me to go on the tour without my fiancé because she wasn’t feeling well. I get they need to make a commission but time and place.
